This machine have fast speed and high stability. High carbon steel with tensile strength of 1500-1700 can be used as material of spring washer.
First, put the jaws of applicable specifications into the chuck, and put the applicable adjustment screw cap and mandrel fixing parts into the fixed position. Then pass the square wire into the roller of the feeding device, so that the square wire head is wound into the mandrel. Then pass the line head into the chuck, connect with the square wire head, and start the machine.
